H.E.R. Ministries Inc. is the vehicle to propel the advancement of God’s kingdom through a global ministry that empowers women to meet their spiritual, physical, and emotional needs. The endeavor is to accomplish this goal through: - prayer - counseling - biblical teaching - community service - education - spiritual development
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Through prayer and the direction from God, H.E.R. Ministries offers life-transforming events that help usher women into their next level in God. UPCOMING EVENT: Sat. 10/18/08 - Women's Conference- "Daddy's Girls" - 10am-5pm- Zion Holy Church- 103 Camden Street - Newark, NJ 07103 - $35 registration fee includes full lunch, workshops, praise & worship, and conference materials. For registration email: h_e_r_ministries@yahoo.com
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept personal/business checks payable to HER Ministries and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We service the tri-state area which includes New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania but one day, envisions becoming a gloabl ministry.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Evangelist Davlean "Dean" Porterfield is the Founder of H.E.R. Ministries Inc. Her greatest accomplishment is being saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Spirit. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Christian Education from Lighthouse Bible Institute- Bebe, Arkansas. Additional certification was gained in General Bible, Teacher’s Training, Church Administration, and Evangelism. She currently continues her formal studying of the Word as a faithful member of her church's Sunday School and Bible Study. She continues to receive Christian bible training certificates as a student of Faith Fellowship Temple- Sayreville, NJ. Evangelist Porterfield is an active member of a church in Newark, NJ. She is an evangelist called of God. She diligently serves as member of her church's Minister’s board, Sunday School teacher, Spiritual advisor for the Women’s Department, Member of the Hospitality committee, Missionary board member, and an active spiritual and physical supporter of various church ministries. The vision was given to Evangelist Porterfield to begin H.E.R. Ministries and to uphold its mission to be the vehicle to propel the advancement of God’s kingdom through a global ministry that meets the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of women through prayer, counseling, education, community service, and spiritual development. Evangelist Porterfield lives the life of a true-worshipper and deep in her heart is the scripture- Psalms 34:1, “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” With confidence and assurance, she is a living declaration that “God Is Faithful!” She resides in northern New Jersey and has a beautiful family. She continues to spend time with her family and friends and do the will of God.
